These seem a little on the flimsy side. I haven't had to use them so far but my old ones had been knock about and looked worse for wear so I decided to replace them. I ordered them on line and probably wouldn't have bought them if I had seen them in the shop purely because they dont seem as robust as my last set. I'm sure they will do the job of cutting through pastry but how long until they get knocked out of shape we will see.
