Unlike some linen trousers I have purchased from other retailers in the past, these arrived in pristine condition and fit perfectly. Afraid I can't comment further as I haven't worn them yet.

Love the material, its thicker than that I've had in the past, but perfect. They fit waist high, designed so to needing a belt, looking forward to getting the wear out of them come the better weather. They do come up bigger, especially round the hips, but not sure whether I should have tried down a size first, as I already changed them for the long length. I do wish M & S would give their leg length, they do vary every style.

Really nice quality trousers. The high waist fastened with a button is so much more flattering than the tie waist style. I’m looking forward to the warmer weather so I can wear them. I’m 5ft 10 and bought the long length which are perfect.

Seen these in store but didn’t have my size. The material is a thicker blend of linen, which I liked. They are a straight leg but wide which I also liked. I purchased my normal size, however they are a bigger fit on the waist and shorter than a normal short. I have ordered different size and length, in the hope of keeping one pair

Very happy with these trousers. Nice shape, fit & lovely material. Hope they do them in some summery colours soon. I would agree with another reviewer, when they arrived they were extremely creased, difficult to get a proper impression.

Saw these trousers in store and liked the look of them. I always buy size 14 regular trousers but after trying them on found this size too big and long. I ordered a size 12 short online as the store had none. Delighted to say they fitted perfectly, so would recommend going down a size.

Smart Linen Trousers classy fit very stylish lovely material

Material quality is excellent but I wasn’t expecting a wide leg as the description was straight cut. I do not suit wide leg trousers as am too short and feel swamped so I am looking for a pair of straight leg classic linen rich trousers. Come on Marks and Spencer classic and quality is what you do best usually so I would expect there to be at least one option available in a linen classic fit as you do have straight leg trousers that are available in other materials.

Great buy. I am actually wearing them on a holiday now. Useful for warm weather. Goes well with T-shirts.
