Linen Blend Relaxed Straight Trousers

Trousers are stylish and a good weight linen to hold its shape. I bought the matching jacket to make it a suit. The suit is very flattering and professional looking. I am a 32 leg so had to go for long length trousers

I ordered 2 pairs, one regular length which are a bit too short, and one long length which are too long. But, I am keeping both because, for the price they are good quality and aside from length issues fit nicely.

Returned. Ordered Straight leg - do not want Wide. Label says Wide. Disappointing.M&S, hoped I had finally found normal trousers but not to be - I am not alone.

These are great fitting stylish trousers that hang well. They are definitely not straights as the website description, but wide leg as shown on the trouser labels! However, keeping anyway as they are very flattering. Had to take them up a little, I'm 5' 4".

The material and cut of these trousers were excellent, and I was very pleased with the overall style. Unfortunately, the sizing was completely inconsistent. I normally wear a size 8 regular, but the length was approximately 3 inches too short. Based on that, I reordered the trousers in a size 8 long. However, while the leg length was then slightly too long, the overall fit was also noticeably larger throughout the body. I'm not sure what has happened with the sizing, but it does not seem to follow standard measurements. It's a shame, as the quality and design are very good, but the inconsistent sizing makes it difficult to find the right fit.

I haven’t actually worn the trousers yet but have tried on and they are a great fit, stylish, short/petite 14 perfect for my 5’1 height. The waist band fits well too, always a concern for me these days with non elasticatef waists as that’s an area I have out weight on. Hope the fabric is a crease resistant as the jacket.

Actually thought these were navy when I ordered them in haste but they are “black”. They defo pass for midnight navy when partnered with navy shoes. Great fit, I ordered 12 reg and am 5 ft 5 perfect with a low heel or wedge. Wear them with a smart shirt and fabulous belt for smart business wear, or linen sleeveless vest for summer evening out. So much nicer than the great wide fitting that will be here today, gone next season. Loved these so much ordered a second pair….if they had been available in other colours would have ordered them too….

Read reviews and bought Regular as shorter than normal. So happy with them. Im 5 5 and they are perfect after washing. (New MnS sizing usually means Short is too short for me and Regular is too long!!). Tag does say Wide but just right as described Relaxed Straight. Flax Linen so are heavier than normal but this gives a quality and smarter look. Lined pockets and hook fastener for fixed waistband great. Been looking for these since last summer as elastic waistbands not for me. Thank you MnS

Great trousers, definitely thicker linen than I've had before, but really good quality and first time wearing all day there was hardly any creasing. Agree with other reviewers though that they're wide leg as opposed to straight. Sizing is spot on, I'm 5'1" and the petite/short length are perfect for me.
