These shorts are perfect! The high waist, silver loop belt and pleated front detail gives a flattering and stylish look. The knee length is ideal for someone like me who doesn't like to wear 'short' shorts. I bought them in store and wouldn't have made a purchase judging by the online image. M+S have styled them with a huge top which in my opinion isn't flattering and doesn't do them justice. Wore them today and had a lady ask where I'd bought them from. Sister and daughter ordering a pair too.

Bought these shorts essentially for a longer length, the size 12 fit was very snug so got size14 after wearing them once found them very creased then discovered they need professional cleaning just wish I’d read the washing instructions before hand I would have returned them I don’t recommend these

Beautiful shorts, lovely material. Smart. My disappointment is through my own error at not checking care instructions which are dry clean only. At the cost I did not expect this. The colour Is impractical not to need washing after each wear which now makes them an expensive item.

Love these shorts. However it was only when I cut the labels off that I realised they were Dry Clean only. Very surprised that M&S have produced a pair of shorts this colour that were dry clean only- the picture shows a very casual wear. I wouldn’t have removed the label and kept them if I’d have realised this

My daughter bought these shorts and hated them. Why I tried them on I don’t know, but I did and I really like them, probably because they are more like a skirt!! I won’t use the belt, personally I don’t think it suits. The fabric is unusual and better suited to a smarter look. Lost a star as they are dry clean only!!
