Lightweight Padded Parka Coat

Fell in love with this coat when I saw it online, then went in store to try on. The green colour is absolutely gorgeous and so unique. I am petite, 5ft 2, and went for the XS - not too bulky but I still have room for knitwear underneath. Love the fleece lined pockets, inside zip pocket and toggle to cinch the waist in at the back - love how the small details are paid attention to. Side pockets could be a bit neater and more seamless but otherwise a great coat. This coat makes me look forward to cold weather!

I tried 3 coats on in store to see which I preferred, & chose this one, ordering online. I’m not keen on the sizing, small/medium/large etc, I prefer regular sizing. I’m between16/18. Medium was fine. Poppers are a bit fiddly & the pocket flaps are to me the wrong way but I’m sure I’ll get used to these. Zip works both ways. The coat is warm, not bulky so I don’t look huge & is a great length. I’m 5ft. 2in. Colour is actually charcoal which is lovely. Matt finished material. I love it.

Bought this coat as protection against wet windy weather. Unfortunately wind goes straight through the coat. Also neckline uncomfortable somehow, too much fabric feels uncomfortable. Worn once but now giving it away. So disappointing.

A great coat. Warm and lightweight, I much prefer the style to a puffa or quilted coat. Great length and the warm black is a much more forgiving colour than standard black. Love it.

Lovely soft green colour, thinner than I thought it would be so not for me but fitted well, liked the hood, quite long and comfortable with jumper underneath

Great length. Padded but lightweight. Slightly oversized. I’d like slightly longer arms, but it’s not too bad.

I love this coat it’s very comfortable to wear, it is light weight but still warm enough for the cold days.

Love the style of this coat. It has bags of room for bulky jumpers and layers. Not too keen on the popper fasteners would have preferred buttons. Good size pockets and great colour.

Style long light and comfortable! Bought both colour's! A perfect fit size wise! Looks good with dress and boots or jeans! Well done M&S a winner! Would like in it navy too! Price perfect with sparks card offer!

Absolutely fabulous, lightweight, cosy and showerproof - bring on winter!

This coat is lovely. It is well made and very soft fabric. It hangs well and looks good on. I bought the black and it does come slightly big. It is padded inside the coat and keeps you warm now the weather has become more wintry.

Lovely big warm coat, good quality fabric and nice big hood. Would have liked the pocket flaps to face backwards instead of forwards as they tend to get in the way, but just a minor detail. Bought medium instead of usual small as I wanted it to go over thick jumpers, and it fits well, with a good length.
