Quite disappointed in these. Very tight around the ankle and the leather is very hard, size is on the ssmall side too. Quite uncomfortable to wear as they come higher up the ankle and they don't flex when you walk or move. Nice style and unique heel design though.

Although these looked good they were actually painful to wear. The tops rubbed on the leg and were hard - impossible to wear comfortably. Had to return.

The boots look lovely but they are really inflexible. They have cut and bruised my legs and are basically unwearable. I’m not sure if mine are faulty but they aren’t breaking in - they are breaking me!

These look fab but are uncomfortable around the ankles. I would recommend wearing socks to stop the friction. Perhaps they will stretch through wearing them more. Other than that, they are very stylish

Lovely boot but poorly made heel. The heel marks very easily. They scratch easily, I assume when driving and have white lines down the shiny heel.

The leather around the ankle is very stiff so cuts into the rear of the leg/ankle. The height of the heel is good but the stiffness of the leather as I said is disappointing. Quite a nice looking boot.

I really like the leather...really like the boots.... The heels are most attractive as they complete the look.. Maybe my legs are a little fat as the tops rub upon my legs Hoping that things will ease come time and they won't cause sores on my legs.

Really nice boots, particularly the heel, however even with a size 8 the instep is too high and I could not get my foot into the boot! Frustrating. How about stocking size 9 permanently? Improve getting in and out of your boots and shoes.

I had high hopes for these boots but the leather is so stiff, more like cardboard. Made in Cambodia. It is a shame M&S is not using British manufacturers. For me they are unwearable!
