Disappointing

No, I don't recommend this
This elusive product - not available in the shoe department for some reason - proved disappointing, especially as I have been looking for this shape of pump for a while. On arrival I was pleased with the soft leather and generally good fit, although the little bow tie was fiddly. I wore them on 4 indoor evenings, each time the bow had to be several times retied. Yesterday as I was putting them away I noticed the leather on one of the ties had completely split so they will be going back.

These shoes are perfect! The leather is beautifully soft, especially in the heel. The style is understated but chic. They’re my new favourites!

Stylist, comfy but pricey

Title says it all. Does it really have to be that expensive. Hoping a 20% offer comes through making it much more the price I’d like to pay

Loving these shoes. Bought my normal size and they're a good fit. Nice detail with the bow and go well with my jeans and trousers. Smarten an outfit up. Feel like good quality

Lovely shoes but fitting is very large
I love the shape of these shoes but they are very roomy. I should have got a size smaller, but had worn them by the time I realised this. Because they're low-cut an insole isn't a great solution. I had to use heel grips to stop them slipping off.

Delighted with this shoe!
I was nervous to order these online as I am between sizes 6 and 7 and have a wide foot. I ended up ordering the larger size and it is perfect. It’s a lovely shoe. I’m glad I took the chance.

I really like the softness of the leather. Good fit for a slim foot. Usually size 41, and ordered size 7 & 8 for comparison. The size 7 fits well, but the 8 seemed very big in comparison.

These shoes are so lovely - so comfortable and are ballet pumps with a twist. The leather is really soft however this makes them really comfortable although possibly a little delicate. With the recent promotion and my rewards I got them for a great price too.

Very small fit - thin leather
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
Very small fitting. The leather feels insubstantial and looks as if it would not wear well. Such a shame as I loved the style. The inconsistencies in sizing that I am used to in the M&S clothing lines are now cropping up more often for me in the footwear I purchase from M&S. there is no way that the shoes I have been sent are a normal size 6.
