No, I don't recommend this
I was looking for a black beanie and this looked so good I got it in the orange too. Having a small head I always have to buy children’s and as I couldn’t get to an M&S clothes store I ordered online. I picked them up and was going straight out for a coastal walk so I took the label off the black one and popped it on. I soon realised that this wasn’t very small at all (supposedly fits from age 8!) and the yarn it was knitted with is quite hard. I thought it would soften up after washing but it didn’t. Very disappointed in the sizing and quality of yarn. I took the orange one back.
