Purchased these for my grand daughter. Lovely bright pink. Nice and light for the spring/summer.

Bright, lovely colour. My daughter loves them. They are really soft and lightweight to touch but not cheap or flimsy. M&S shoes have been reliable for me every time.

I ordered two pairs of these, first I ordered size 12 1/2 in with other item through clearpay and I ordered a second pair size 11 1/2 four days later. Well I have been in and out of M&S cookstown several times over the last two weeks and I have received all items except these trainers in the size 12 1/2 yet they are listed in my account as collected!! Everything else was there except that one pair. So I don’t even know how to go about locating them. The cookstown staff have looked for them, but with them listed as “collected” in my account there is nothing they can do about it. So how am i meant to get refunded?
