Frustrating sizing

I am so frustrated at the lack of consistency in sizing in M&S jeans. Having bought a pair in 2025, I went to replace them with the same item to find it was not in stock. I am size 18 regular and have now had to return 3 pairs of differing style so called straight leg jeans because they are too tight around knee and calf.

Lovely fit, comfortable to wear. I purchased 10R, I’m normally 8/10 and I’m 5’2, I did buy the petite originally but these were too short.

These jeans are spot on! The best denim not too soft & stretchy that goes baggy. Lovely feel and flow to them. Spot on sizing and length nice waist that’s not pinching. Just wish they did them in black!

Great. Fit and length perfect . Size 14 regular . I have had to buy short length previously as regular too long to wear with trainers but these are perfect and look great with kitten heels too. I’m 5ft 3.5in tall.

These are the best Jeans I’ve had . I’m short and often find that even short/petite length are too long. Length is perfect , fit is perfect, they are so comfortable. As soon as they’re washed and ironed I wear them again. I bought them with20% discount so a bargain too.

Ordered 3 pairs of these jeans, firstly a size 8 regular - too small and too short, then a size 10 regular - too short, then a size 10 long - smaller than both the previous size 8 and 10 and still too short! Lovely soft denim, but sadly all 3 pairs are being returned.

Good fit round the hips and good shape on the leg.Waist band could be slightly smaller for snugger fit. why don't you make a size 15 instead of jumping from 14 to16.liked the quality of the denim and the weight.ideal for this time of year and cooler weather.Nice colour.

I absolutely love these jeans. So comfortable. Lovely comfortable fabric and a perfect fit. I really wish that Marks & Spencer would make these jean in different colours than blue, black and white. These Jeans are too short whilst they state long. The inside of the Jean started to bobble and became rough within 1 hour of wearing them. In the process of returning.

The fabric and finish is great but these have lost their 'slim leg' shape. This is compared to a pair I bought about 4 years ago. They are wider at the ankle than I like, so are relegated to gardening jeans... Shame, as they're rather expensive for gardening!

Lovely shape, great colour and flattering shape. Good quality jeans and easy to wear - perfect for spring. I am 5ft 6, size 10/12 and the size 10 were perfect. Comfy too as they have a bit of stretch.

I have a pair of these jeans already but the age and wear of favouritism is starting to show. Took a gamble on a smaller size as they are quite generous and bought the darker shade - good result for both. The regular length was fine this time (I am 5ft 3") but I did have to buy long and shorten on the previous pair, so it is not reliable, fine if you suit real ankle grazers, but sadly I don't.
