I bought these for the gym because the description mentioned they had a tie waist, unlike many other leggings that constantly slide downwards due to the poorly designed wide waistband. They are just the right weight and are very comfortable, and don't make you overheat. I would rather have had capri length but these are not too short. However, when I washed them, the tie cord came out, and it took me a lot of time, swearing and eventually a safety pin to get the cord back through, so be warned, tie it in a bow before you wash them.

I bought these shorts a week ago and I find them very comfortable, they are a great fit, I have muscular/thick thighs and these shorts don’t ride up as others do, they are light and breathable, great to work out in the recent hot spell,
