My granddaughter is a tall, slim, 12 year old who usually wears size 12/13 shorts. With these shorts, I tried the 13/14, 14/15 and 15/16 - they were all too tight around the waist!

Needed to go up a size, then adjust the waistband, to get a good fit as sizing wasn't as accurate. Polo shirts in the same size we're huge by comparison! They are comfortable and practical and my daughter is enjoying wearing them. It was just a shame that no girls uniform shorts were available in store to try on at Stevenage.
