No, I don't recommend this
Bought this for my 2 year old it's states the sleeves are long but they are not and fall just at the elbow so won't fully protect her arms on holiday from the sun.

The arms are definitely not full long sleeved ...more 3/4 length. Comparing it to last years swim suit which is a size smaller the arms are still shorter!
