Shocking amount of packaging, for such a small item. Bubblewrap around product. More bubble wrap in box. Box was huge in comparison to size of product.

I love this product. The perfume is subtle but lovely and the product is gentle but effective and you need very little for a shower. Neals Yard also doesn't use any chemicals and the packaging is attractive.

I have used the hand wash previously, and it is a gorgeous smell, which stays on your hands for ages. Was expecting the same from the shower gel, but very disappointed. Hardly any scent and why there is, smells like the gel is “off”. Wondering if I can return a shower gel once used because of the lack of smell?? Very pricey, and expected so much more

i received this shower gel this week with my order but was saddened by the fact it was in what i would call a cheap plastic bottle. I buy these products when they are on offer to make a gift basket up for my Daughter... the glass bottles look luxurious such a shame by Neals Yard. would not like to pay full price.
