Floral Midi Tea Dress

This is a nice dress, good fit and looks good. Is good value for money but the material feels very lightweight/thin.

Dress is lovely colour and style. Unfortuately material is very thin and elasticated back too high. Such a shame, dress returned 😪

I’m going to a ‘do’ for which I need to dress smartly. I’m not really a dress - and certainly not a flowery dress - girl, but I saw this and was drawn to it. Ordered it, received it, and tried it on. The raised waistline & slight elastic section around the back are flattering, and the bias cut skirt is forgiving. I like the long sleeves, and the higher neckline is practical for this time of year. I especially like the dark chocolate brown colour and even the autumnal flowers (orange & yellow are my least favourite colours). Probably because the background is darker and the flowers quite small & blurry I feel it works for me - I don’t want to stand out so avoid big prints and pale background like the plague. I’ve also put on weight post-menopause and this dress fits & flatters. A question though: how tall in the model because I’m 5’ 11” and ordered the long length, and it’s a fair bit shorter on me. I can only dream of a length like this.

The style and shape of the dress is lovely. Colours are perfect for autumn. Only given 4 stars as the fabric is quite thin.
