To be honest it can't achieve miracles but it does smooth the outline with no visible lumps, bumps or love handles! Very comfortable to wear even on a hot summers day.

This is fab! It wont really pull everything in, but it smoothes everything. I love this-as it sits just under the bra, and finishes just below knicker line. I had my knickers over the bottom edge as I dudnt want to move it when I went to the loo. This DOES NOT ROLL UP OR DOWN! it sits perfectly! Im I size 14, and i bought the large. I had to wiggle to pull on. You wont feel trussed up, and i wore mine for 12 hours and it wasnt uncomfortable at all.

This is surprisingly comfortable for what it is, and does the job if you get quite bloated it helps hold you in. This is good if you're wearing a dress and don't want to use high waisted shapewear shorts where you'd have to hike up the dress really far to pull the shorts down to go to the loo.
