The tog rating refers to the effectiveness of the duvet to retain heat – the higher the tog, the warmer you will be when you're snuggled beneath it. A 7.5 Tog duvet is ideal if you just want one duvet for the whole year - not too hot, not too cold.

Love it! wanted quality & natural fibres. So wasn’t ever into duck down etc until now and you certainly get what you pay for and this duvet is lovely and lightweight.. with a slightly crunchy feel almost which I like! M&S quality as expected! Nice finish to it and even came in a cute bag I can use again! Would highly recommend!
