Does anyone else remember Per Una when M&S first introduced it way back when? Well this season has been a throwback to that time! Fabulously designed clothes, good quality fabrics and exciting to wear, I’ve found so many lovely things, I’ve got these trousers on the ivory and the black and they fit perfectly. There’s still a bit of a way to go where petite items are concerned, it isn’t just a matter of shortening an item but an all over cut to fit, it would be great to see some more petite items in Per Una. Well done M&S, your designers are on fire this season, much, much more of this please!

I chose the cream ones. They arrived very creased, which is often an indication of being easily crumpled in wear. They are rather large, but sadly not as long as many M&S trousers. Will be returned.

Great trousers..smart but loose and comfortable..I'm very short..shrunk to just under 5 foot..I guess the trousers are meant to be cropped but full length on me! But look fine and i am very pleased with them..I bought 18 at first..then another pair at 16..the 16 fits best but the 18 is very comfortable for more casual times..i also bought the cream in a 16...

These trousers are really lovely quality. They are straight leg and slightly wide leg . I really don’t like wide leg trousers but these are really flattering. The elasticated waist means they are very comfortable.

Comfortable, flattering and versatile black tapered trousers, I’m 5 foot three and I opted for the short length which just sits on my ankle. The double cloth fabric is beautifully soft and washes well. I’d love a pair in bottle green but the only other colour is white.

This tapered leg feels a little more modern than my usual straight or wide leg choice, it’s almost a slimmer way of doing the barrel (a shape which definitely does not flatter me). Also the pockets sit on the front and not on the side so much more flattering. I’m a size 14 and the 12 is slightly snug on the waist but looks better than the 14.
