Dogtooth Straight Leg 7/8th Trousers

Lovely trousers just the size didn’t nt fit me. It wasn’t representative of the size it said on the trousers. Pity as they are super lovely. Had to return them.

Everything was good with these trousers as I had read all the reviews and ordered a long length. Unfortunately too baggy for me on the top of the thigh. Returned

The black and red small check is just right, not too black and not too red! The material is a little coarser than I would have liked but as the trousers are lined to the knee it is not scratchy on the skin. I shall enjoy wearing them with a red or black sweater, the addition of a black blazer would make a smarter more formal outfit.

Unless you want to look like a Bay City Roller fan from the 1970s, I cannot recommend these to short women over size 10. You probably need to be very tiny or tall and willowy and wear with heels to look anything more than comic in these trousers. The legs are quite wide but not wide enough to be worn culotte style. An awkward cut on me - a classic M&S size 14. I bought them with the straight leg dogtooth to compare and the latter were a much better fit, although the material of these is far superior at twice the price. I have returned these and kept the others which I love.
