Denim Jersey Straight Leg Trousers

Lovely soft fabric, very comfortable to wear, wider than I would have liked but once I put them on and felt how comfortable they were I knew Id be keeping them, they do have a air of Dexy midnight runners about them. you have to be over 50 to understand the reference all in a all a great casual trouser,

Good quality heavyweight material and an elasticated waist is a go to for me. However, there’s something not quite right with the ankle. I’m not quite sure what it is but it looks strange and puts me off wearing them.

I already have a pair of these and ordered a second pair. Unfortunately they are shorter than the first pair I had already than the labels off as thought they would be ok. Disappointed

I thought these looked like a good idea for casualware, but they are barely good enough for a dog walk. The pictures online look good, but in reality they are large for size and extremely baggy on the legs. As the day goes on they get even baggier and more shapeless. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed with these trousers. I bought 2 pairs last year and they are the perfect fit and length, and slightly tapered so they’re very flattering. The ones you have brought out this year have big ugly square pockets that are visible, unlike last year’s design which are discreet and as pockets should be on jogger style trousers. My original trousers are a size 18 and a perfect fit. I had to buy a size 20 this time and they feel tighter than the size 18. The length is also about 2 inches shorter than my original pairs despite both being bought in ‘short’ length. The legs are also ‘clown like’, very wide and unflattering which make me look twice the size! Come on M&S, will you please go back to the consistency you used to have with sizing as this is getting ridiculous now! I can no longer buy without trying on as I range from a size 16 to a 20 because your clothes vary so much in sizing. And please stop redesigning trousers like these ‘to be different’ to the version you sold the previous year or season when the previous design was a winner!

Bought these a couple of years ago, then they had slimmer legs. I had to size down this time as come up big in my opinion. Have them in both colours, they wash well and look tidy on.

Bit big in the thigh , otherwise nice fit, like turnups make them look more like normal trousers. They are in a sense really denim style joggers .

These are so lovely, soft and comfortable! They come up quite large, and long. I ordered petite, and they are still long, but you can roll them up.
