Sorry but I hate the smell of this. I was really looking forward to using it after reading the enthusiastic reviews so was really disappointed. Had to turn my pillow over to get away from the smell so I could get to sleep.

Received as a free sample with an online order and gave it a try. Im not sure how it works, but it does. I dont use it every night, but, if im finding it difficult to get to sleep, I spritz this on my pillow and take a few deep breaths and i fall asleep. First time i used it i slept the whole night and woke feeling refreshed. Amazing.
