Cuffed Mittens

I’d highly recommend these mittens, they keep your fingertips very warm, so warm I occasionally have to take them off. I bought them in black. Mittens will be all I buy in the future they certainly keep your fingers warmer than gloves.

I have extremely painful fingers with the slightest drop in temperature. As a rambler I wear very thick purpose made walking gloves, but even these are not adequate. A friend suggested mittens, as keeping my fingers together instead of separate would be warmer. They seem to work..! The lining is nice and soft without being thick and unwieldy. The backs are showerproof, and the palms are faux leather making touching damp surfaces and walking poles fine. An unusual wine colour and a really good price. Especially with an offer on women’s clothing. My hands are fairly small and not wide across the back. They just fit me ok. If my hands were wider, they might be a bit narrow. Looking forward to testing them again when it gets even colder.

Purchased as a gift for Christmas. My review is not for myself, but after receiving them they look great and of good quality, also good value and I’m sure my granddaughter will love them.
