Fits very small, bought two for granddaughters, in correct size. In fact one was 3/4 yr for a two and a half yr old child. Extremely tight in the waist seam with no give at all. They loved them so I altered them myself but very poor sizing and design by m and s here.

Gorgeous dress. I bought the green. Really comfortable to wear and the sparkly skirt makes it pretty. Some winter clothing is too warm and bulky, this dress is wearable, a good price and hopefully easy to launder
