Whilst being a very nice summer skirt the sizing is terrible. I can usually fit into a 14 (with elastic waist) however I bought a 16 thinking it would be OK only to find it was very tight. Please Marks sort your sizing out as I am would like to become a less a frequent customer at the Post Office as I am having to return most of my orders.

I like this style. Its very easy to wear. Opted for size 22 as I read that it was on the small side. I am usually 20 but 22 is OK. a bit big on the waist but I am hippy. Would buy this in more patterns and colours if available.

I ordered this skirt as looked to be ideal for summer, style and pattern I wanted. Unfortunately the material wasn't the quality cotton I expected so I returned it. Still on the lookout!

Beautiful Skirt... but Waist is very small... l purchased this on line, didn't try it on for a few days as l felt sure it would fit a-ok, as l normally buy a size 12, that l have no problems with, l chose the Navy which is a lovely colour... everything about this skirt is fab..., but for the Waist.... it truly is not for a size 12 Waist, managed to get it over my 38inch hips (normal size 12). But feel my lips would turn blue if l kept it on too long, will have to return it and hope they have a size 14 in stock

Very disappointed in this skirt. Description is Midi. I ordered a 14 Long thinking that would be slightly longer than the description ( it wasn't clear on the product description) although it did say 61cm that was for a regular size 8. I thought it would come to mid calf when in fact it was just below my knee. I am 5ft 10''

As usual I ordered two sizes, 12 and 14. Strangely the 12 was larger than the 14. Neither fitted very well across my hips. The pattern of the fabric had a shadow leaf effect which gave the material the appearance of not being ironed. I returned both sizes.

Love this summer weight skirt. It hangs well and is comfortable to wear. The material has a burn out effect. I ordered on line and had none of the issues of previous reviewers. It was packed well and after hanging overnight it needed no ironing. Is going to be a great summer holiday skirt. Regular length is perfect for me at 5ft 3.

Love the skirt but no way is the fit a little on the small size the 10 is more like an 8 and the waist is not elasticated! Not impressed.

A particular plus for this skirt is the 57% cotton content which means it feels and looks attractive . However it is very small around the waist - I have had to get a size 14 which actually measures the same as the usual M&S size 12 in this type of skirt and illustrates that M&S has become really unreliable in terms of product sizing .

When this skirt arrived I had to log on just to check that I had the correct garment as the sad rag I received looked so appalling. First of all when is 24" length regarded as being midi ? secondly why use such a cheap looking static fabric that even with its paper thin lining it clings so most unflattering on. Made in Bangladesh and nothing like the nice jersey skirts at £29 we had in the Autumn. This is one that will spend a lot of time winging its way back to the warehouse. Another M&S disappointment.
