Cotton Blend Contrast Midi Drop Waist Dress

Nice dress looks expensive on. Loads of compliments. Only downside as it comes as midi/maxi . and i am a petite coming up too long. Style of dress not suitable as s maxi as the skirt is full. Havjng to have it shirtened.Fjnding all midi/maxi in petite range too long. Thev petite range seems to b a regular and the tall a regular.My friends now buying petite instead of regular so it fits as a midi.

Returned as just don't think I'll have enough opportunities to wear this and with the light coloured skirt and a dog it will just get dirty. Skirt is a firm cotton thats quite full and crinkles easily. Think would be nightmare to iron. Like the drop waist- find this quite flattering on.

I bought this dress with 20% off so a bargain. I recently wore this dress on a cruise and received lovely compliments from strangers. Definitely recommend as this is an easy to wear dress for any occasion . I bought the petite size as I am 5’4 and the length came half way down my leg.

I bought this dress for a forthcoming holiday in the sun. I’m 5’5” and bought size 12 in regular length. The dress was almost covering my feet and not ideal for walking in. I exchanged for a 12 in petite and am very happy with the length. It now is what I would call ballerina length. It’s not easy anymore selecting the right length in M&S

Absolutely love this dress it looks fabulous on BUT a petite size should not touch the floor with heels (I’m 5ft 4) really really fed up with the ridiculously long length that petite has become. I think a very reluctant return!

I treaty love this dress. It is flattering to wear and as others have said, it can be dressed up or down. It washes well and is true to size. Love it!

Had this on my wishlist for a while and finally managed to grab one - I love the drop waist cut and the quality of the materials used on the top and bottom is very good, not the see through thin material you sometimes get with white skirts. Could be dressed up or down it up or down as well. I’m 5’8 and a size 8 - the 8 regular works well for me but as others have said don’t be tempted to go longer than your usual fit

I think this is a great classic dress. You could easily recreate this look with a top and skirt but it wouldn’t have the edge and style of this dress. The material is good quality and fitted bodice prevents this looking a bit shapeless. The wide skirt has a certain swish to it! A good buy

I am a regular 12 and this came down to the floor. (I am 5’4). Also the drop waist actually sat at the top of my thigh with the armholes way too low. Very disappointed

To be honest I ordered this with very little hope of liking it as I’ve not worn this shape before and usually choose baggy items around my middle. But. I was extremely surprised to say they I really love it and have kept it! Think it will be a summer go to and super versatile as can be worn casual or dressed up. Really lovely fabrics, great quality and a decent price. What’s not to love?!
