I have severe menopause symptoms, and was pleased to see products designed for this. However, I was disappointed with the products. Firstly, once I had the packaging open, there is not all that much product in them. Might be fair to call it a travel pack or a sample pack. The balm is not like a lotion, it's more the consistency of vaseline. So it's not practical for me to put on my face, as I get night sweats and this clogs the skin. The other two products are just scented sprays really. They haven't really eased my symptoms. I do like the idea of the set, and I would love manufacturers to think more about women in menopause. If someone bought me this, I would think it was very thoughtful. I just personally thought it was more a marketing gimmick than genuinely helpful. Menthol products (such as the famous 'vapour rub') on the back of the neck are a tip from me!
