Cast Aluminium 7L Casserole Dish

I bought this to replace a very heavy cast iron one. The new casserole dish is versatile, easy to clean and even the 7L size is light enough to use on the hob and in the oven. It looks good too but the protective handle covers are a must.

It is absolutely huge. Check your oven dimensions before ordering. Otherwise it is excellent.

I used this for the first time last evening to cook lamb shanks ...they cooked perfectly in this casserole dish

Excellent product, the right size and a good price

It’s difficult to find a really good sized casserole pot so I was pleased to find this. It’s only been used a couple of times but so far, so good. It’s deceptively light and the only thing to be aware of is that the handles become very hot.
