Carbon Steel Non-Stick Roast & Rack

Easy to clean but meat sticks to rack. Good quality.

Good value in sale. I wanted a roasting tin with a rack so this fits the bill. Big enough for anything I want to roast eg large chicken, venison or lamb.

Excellent to use but was a little disappointed with the size. Washes so easily and i am sure will get lots of use.

Nice roasting dish with rack so that fat drips away from the meat. The dish is a bit larger than I was expecting but fits fine in my oven and very handy for those big cuts of meat or large chicken. Excellent value for the price paid.

I much prefer roasts done on a rack. More juice over for better gravy

M&S used to sell a quality and long lasting sturdy roasting pan with rack of the same design and size as this one. But M&S replaced it with this useless one, which rusts and erodes after just a few uses, not even exceeding 5, a couple of years ago. The rack rusts just after five or six uses, and the pan is very far from being non-stick, as it peels off. Until they revert it to the previous design, I won't be buying it even at half price, as they do it in festive periods like now.

I found this q waste of money. After a couple of months use it started to go rusty. The non stick didn't last and it looked awful. The handled got so hot but it wasn't easy to hold them with oven gloves on as they were so small. I complained to M&S and they did refund me without any issues.

having read positive reviews on this pan purchased it unfortunately find it to be of poor quality after 6 montrhs use wearing badly did complain to marks but no reply
