Nice jeans but PLEASE M&S can you start to try and make your jean sizes consistent across all the great styles that you offfer? The sizing process seems to require a dartboard and a strong sense of optimism. Exciting but not ideal. It has all the reliability of the British Summertime…

I ordered these as my size 14 old boyfriend jeans were too baggy but the waistband on these is significantly tighter. Also I wish they supplied in extra short

I really love these jeans, the colour is amazing i actually undid the turn up as like them a bit longer. I ordered the long length size 14. I must have a moan about the sizing after reading the reviews who all say to size up. I am a slim size 14 otherwise they wouldn't have fit they are very tight on thr waist. Marks designers you need to realise women do not want to size up all the time as they will be baggy and women dont want a bigger size. This happens in a lot of your clothes you are told to size up, you didnt have to and the quality used to be better years ago. I still shop there as they have had some lovely stuff this year but you need to sort out the sizing .

Really nice, I haven’t worn jeans for many years but these boyfriend style jeans are a flattering shape. I’m 5 3” & I don’t think they make me appear shorter. Jeans are pretty comfortable & I imagine will get softer with wear.

I love the style and quality. I sent for a size 10 ( normal in M&S trousers ) however I couldn't do them up around the waist altho hips and length( reg) was fine, returned and ordered a 12, which are far far bigger in waist hips and length so sizing is a big issue. I have kept the 12's even tho they are really too big , perhaps they will shrink a bit when washed!! Like the jeans did 55 yrs ago when I was a teenager !!!

I read that these come up small so I ordered different sizes and lengths. I found them to be true to size. We’re all different shapes. I went for the long as I’m not a fan of my ankles (I’m 5ft 4) Love the jeans though. Very comfortable.

The "new and improved fit" just means smaller. The previous design was a perfect fit for me, but in this design I had to go up two sizes! I typically wear a 10 in all trousers. I also bought a different style which had the "new and improved fit" tag and I had to get a 12. I don't mind going up in size to find what fits but it just adds unnecessary work of trying all different sizes in different styles. It's a shame they changed the design.
