I am a size 8 with extremely big boobs 30FF/G cup and sometimes I need a size 10 if clothing is constructed in a slim fit and rigid material but regular fit am am 8. I often need to size up in a dress due to lack of actual space for my boobs then I always have to deal with loose material on my back rib cage and shoulders and hanging off my waist and hips which measure 6-8. I give all this information to illustrate that if someone my size says it’s tight and small it really is. Normally with these internal support things I stick to my normal size 8 because I need the tightness under bust for support like with some PJ vest tops I have. In this however I ordered a 10 because I knew I needed more space for my boobs. It was do tight it left painful marks and nowhere near big enough for my breasts. So I returned for a size 12 and its still REALLY tight across my ribcage. Remember I have a back band 30 and a 12 is aimed at women with an average 34 back. There still isn’t quite enough room for my boobs it squishes me quite flat but I kept it & make do as I really need an item like this and to buy a breast size one is x 4 the cost from a well know supplier and frankly am sick of being fleeced and bled dry by brands in order to have swimwear nightwear and bras that fit slim small and ig boobs, routinely charging 2-4 more for these items and so I wanted a cheap everyday built in support vest in a neutral colour to go under a couple of specific sea through ivory tops. I therefore recommend sizing up min 1-2 sizes depending on your individual boob accommodation requirements because this is one very small tight vest!

Not bought for a specific reason, other than comfort. Vest okay, but it does work itself up the body, unless tucked in. A bit tight, under the bust and not the greatest of support. Okay, for around the house. I went up a size. Would not buy again.

Having read other reviews I was really looking forward to receiving this top and thought the fact it needed no bra was ingenious. However, as a perfect size 12 and with all other M&S size 12s fitting me, this vest was a joke! It was insanely tight, uncomfortable, completely squashed my bust, and I could barely get it over my head - the sizing is entirely out and the 12 is more like an 8! Whilst I still think the cups are a brilliant idea I had no choice but to return this which is a real shame. If you do order I strongly urge you to order one or tow sizes up to have any chance of fitting into it.

Very happy with vest, its light soft material is easy to wear in this heatwave and much more comfortable than a bra while it’s so hot. I bought 2 sizes up as I read other’s reviews and that was a good fit. It gives enough support for me and I’m fairly large. I told a friend and she bought too and is also very happy.
