Poor design for a D cup

I have always used M&S for my bras, and over the years, have been a satisfied customer. I have received advice from your fitting services on several occasions. I am a 32 D, ideally a 33 D (which doesn't exist), so a 34 D I have been told is not ideal, and a 32 D I have to use the last series of hooks and eyes for it to fit. On this bra, using the last series of hooks and eyes means the other hooks really dig into my skin, which is uncomfortable. On wearing the bra and going for a walk, my breasts virtually fell out of the cups, which is embarrassing. I have checked the bra label and the wrapping, and both confirm that I purchased a bra for a D-E cup size. This bra is impossible to use. I feel disappointed with this product as it is not fit for purpose, and I decided it is better to give feedback rather than moan to my friends about it.

I like the flattering shape of the Bralette. The fabric is soft and lovely. The only down side of is the thread at the back it is so harsh and leave my skin red. To solve the problem I put a "plaster tape" to not havoing my skin in contact with the thread

Very soft and comfy to wear all day. I've been looking for something like this for a long time and my only criticism is that the hook and eye fastening I think needs to be three hooks on the strap. More colours would be nice too!
