This 4.5 tog duvet from our Body Sensor™ range helps regulate your temperature throughout the night. It features specially developed fibres that draw away moisture, working with your skin's natural ability to stay comfortable. The super soft polyester provides a cosy feel, while the innovative temperature control technology keeps you warm when it's cool and cool when it's warm.
The tog rating refers to the effectiveness of the duvet to retain heat – the higher the tog, the warmer you will be when you're snuggled beneath it. A 4.5 Tog duvet is perfect for the spring and summer months when the weather is warm.

4.5 perfectly adequate, I find heavier togs too warm even in colder weather. If needed I add a throw.

Love this product, never had a synthetic duvet but as I’m menopausal & hubby has asthma, seemed like a good idea to change. Not sure the temp thing is working but I love the feel of it and am pleased with my purchase

I expected this to keep me cooler than it does. On warmer nights it is a bit hot but on cold nights it is perfect.

This duvet is lovely and soft, but sadly it doesn't do what it claims. I purchased it, as I suffer with night sweats and unfortunately, it hasn't made any difference.

I LOVE this duvet! I was dubious about a synthetic duvet because in the past they have been too hot for me But this does exactly what it says on the label. I gave a 4.5 tog and even in the cold weather it was just perfect.

The duvet is lovely to handle - light and fluffy covered in a smooth material. Very tactile. The body temperature control part has escaped me (and the wife) so far though - doesn't seem any different from a 'standard' duvet.
