I am sorry to say that I found this a waste of money, I do not feel it does anything, it is like moving a flat piece of plastic over your skin, as the raised bumps are not protruding enough from the head. Also the head or nodules are not flexible to is it hard to angle it on your skin unlike a brush. I am disappointed as I love M&S products but this one is a dud.

This so called body brush is most ineffective. It is described as exfoliating but it just slides over your skin without any friction at all. It is difficult to handle, the angles are all wrong. I would give it zero stars if it were possible
