This lamp arrived well packaged but on opening the wrappings it was clear that several of the metal cups were rusty on the edges. Ordered a replacement but this time the metal cups had markings inside made with indelible pen ( arrows and lines). As the shades are clear glass these marks can be seen. Tried to remove them but to no avail. Requested a refund. Really unhappy and disappointed as I was so looking forward to having this lamp in my newly decorated lounge.
