Although I liked the look of this lamp and the quality and design was good I felt that the base and screws (the screws were tiny) were not strong enough to support the lamp. No matter what we did it kept overbalancing so ended up scraping it. I should have sent it back but between xmas and already destroying the packaging I left it too long. Ended up buying another lamp instead
