This was an impulse buy, when I was looking for something else. My husband is disabled and uses a straw to drink. He loves these metal ones - longer than the normal paper or plastic drinking straws, they reach the bottom of a small bottle of water, and a long coffee glass. To clean them, there's a tiny brush included in the pack, but I put them in the dishwasher and they are still in perfect condition.

Wanted an environmentally freindly alternative to paper straws. I mean who wants a soggy G&T. They are quite long and probably better suited to a long/tall glass but I use them in a bowl type gin glass and didnt find them to be an issue.

As I’m not a fan of plastic or paper straws, saw these and thought they’d be ideal for drinks at home. I’d have given 5 stars but they’re a little longer than I thought. Ideal for a long drink but as I like my G&T in a large wine glass, they’re just a bit too big. Great value for the money though and nice design.
