I always get this style, cotton, high waist, comfortable and the lace trim all around makes them very pretty and feminine. They don’t roll down over your tummy so this is a big yes from me

These briefs are very comfy and just come to the navel,used to wear midi briefs which m&s no longer sell.I thoight i would try the full ones and was very pleased with them but didnt go down a size as quite generous on size.
