Great value 5 pack of navy ankle socks. I have purchased similar socks in the past from M&S and would prefer them to have a proper toe and ankle area as before. I guess the absence of a defined toe and ankle has been done for cheapness.

These are not soft tops, so really a waste of money as I have plenty of socks already to constrict my ankles. They are cheap so I can live with that, I don't have fat ankles but it seems to be beyond even Marks and Spencer to devise a way to make comfortable socks.

Seriously disappointed in these socks. I wear a size 5 and the soles were too long - the coloured heel was sitting above the top of my shoe. Not only that but they are uncomfortably tight at the top (and I don't have particularly thick shins).
