I bought these exact same thongs last year, in the same size ten and found them very comfortable. However, the thongs in this new pack are about 20% smaller than last year's ones. I have just measured them and they are much smaller than the supposedly same thongs as last year. Very disappointing as I now have a whole pack and they are too small to be really comfortable, despite supposedly being the same item as I purchased last year.

2 of the pairs the stitching had come undone after 1 wash and they were very small size compared to all my other M & S knickers. Customer Services told me to return them to store for a refund. I don't know about you but I didn't really fancy taking my used knickers back to a shop

The product itself is good. My issue is the ever changing sizes of M&S products. I purchased these pants some time ago and was happy with them. When I tried to purchase more they were out of stock in my size. After some weeks they became available and I order two packs. I washed them and placed in my drawer to wear. Now I realise that despite being the same width at the top they are in fact much shorter in length/material and not as serviceable for me as I am tall and had specifically sourced these pants due to the fit of the first set. Horrible disappointed yet again
