These are very breathable and good for summer. If you have a bum, get a size up which I did. If you have a flat bum stick to regular size which comes up small. The material is nice and stretchy and moved with you

I always order my pants from M&S but these were disappointingly poor quality not as good as previous. Not expecting them to withstand many washes. Will be careful to order better quality next time!
