Poor quality

No, I don't recommend this
These are such poor quality compared to the previous version. Insufficient elastic around the legs so they ride up.

Shrank on first wash
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
These shorts are ok, until they shrank on the very first wash, despite following the washing/drying insturctions. I bought them big, and they lost almost 2cm round the waist and half a centimetre in the waist-leg length.

Perfect fit undies. Nice feel cotton and low slung is how I like them.

Just what I was looking for! They fit really well, so they’re exceedingly comfortable. They don’t dig in to my skin like other brands and they are well made so they’re going to last a while (which means they’re a more ethical choice)

Cheap but not cheerful

Really disappointed in these. They don't fit at all - a strange mixture of baggy and skimpy in all the wrong places. Why such a narrow gusset? Please bring back packs of midi knickers.

Not quite up to the job
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
These are the perfect shape but have no elastic in the leg openings so tend to ride up at the back rather uncomfortably.

Baggy, unwearable and not fit for purpose.

These knickers have no elastic around the legs so an awful fit. After wearing a pair for half an hour the crotch was droopy. Baggy, unwearable and not fit for purpose. I should have taken more notice of the negative reviews. What a waste of good money. Can I return them for a refund?

Now have a bow - why??
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)

Used this model for years, low rise shorts, but I was in need of fresh ones recently. To my horror they have a bow at the front! Why?? I've now looked at the photos on the website and there is no sign of bows, even the photo where they are grouped in two and three. I've zoomed in!! I managed to cut one off cleanly, but the other two created a bit of loose fluff unfortunately. Luckily 'only' three pairs of the five in the pack had the bow. The waist elastic has a scalloped edge, don't like it much, older models had just plain. Please do away with bows and frills :-) Otherwise comfy cheers.

Terrible quality....hesitant to buy from M&S again

One of the knickers came with a seam undone. They all went extremely baggy in a short time and the fabric thinned within about 3 months.Reading reviews on other knicker styles it seems the qualitys gone down in general so I'm going to buy from elsewhere.

Appalling

I’ve always been very happy with M&S underwear so I was shocked at how badly designed these are. There is no elastic in the leg holes so they ride up and are extremely uncomfortable, while somehow also feeling saggy and loose. Obviously I can’t return them, such a waste of money on something I expected to be of much better quality. I should have read the reviews, I’m actually better off with the old ones I was trying to replace!

The knickers are ok, fabric a bit flimsy but main issue is that they are very narrow in the crotch, not a good look.

Very Disappointed

Very disappointed. Within 30 mins of wearing became very baggy/out of shape and uncomfortable. No elastic round legs didn't help. Will be returning and not buying again. Have always bought M&S underwear but now looking for another brand.
