These are super comfortable, although I have to agree this is medium flow and not heavy flow. Heavy flow ones should have thicker absorption, and protection all the way up the back for sleeping in for e.g.

Not for me. Bought these after reading some reviews about using them for slight leaks. Found that when they were even slightly moist they were uncomfortable to wear.

I wanted to try these shorts as they are not my usual style for heavier period days thinking they were very fitted but the material wasn’t thick enough and the shirts sat lower than I like. May just be my style versus the shorts not being good.

Not great unfortunately. Not nearly enough padding at the rear, so leaked overnight on only a medium flow. Would not recommend for heavy flow or at night.

Unfortunately it wasn’t up to the mark. Probably my mistake of trying other products first. I am used to Bodyform fit and while the M&S were cheaper, I did not like them at all. The only thing that was alright was the quality of the material. Also, I am quite unhappy from M&S in general because I paid for next day delivery and did the not get the product on time. I then got an email that my delivery cost would be refunded and that never happened so I am just done with the company.

I like that they are cotton, well made, and very comfortable to be wearing for a diferent reason .I am in very advancing years , not always in the right place imediatly ,and good to know the young have that too

Maybe ok for medium flow days but certainly not worthy of the ‘heavy absorbency’ label. When you have been sat or lay for a while and stand up and gravity happens, they are unable to handle the sudden increase/absorb it fast enough and it will spill onto the sides of the pants. I would not recommend.

Great pants. Daughter is pleased. I am glad that adult sizes are available in the cheaper kids range, as she's only just 13 but tall and strong. Washed up well so far, but not been thoroughly tested yet.

Very comfortable and well made. Not absorbent enough for really heavy flows and the cover is too short at the back. Still good product for medium flow.

These period pants were purchased for a young girl with texture issues and someone who couldn’t cope well with sanitary products. They have really made a difference. I can definitely recommend them. We have bought two different styles and both are equally great.

We've bought many Pairs of various brands and these one shot a thumbs up from my girls. Comfy and not too bulky. They are more confident in these, will definitely be buying more of them.
