These Stoma pants are very supportive and comfortable. Just one problem my stoma is lower on my tummy and the specific pocket to hold the bag is too high

Well what can I say except these knickers ARE AMAZING thank you so much Marks & Spencer’s it’s about time someone has taken the lead to think about people with stomas they are a lovely comfortable fit and they make you forget about your stoma just cannot thank you enough anyone with a stoma needs to try these they are a game changer My friend has also got a stoma and he wonders if your going to be selling ones for guys I’m sure they will do well too

These knickers are very nice but I found the leg elastic at the back very loose. Maybe I should have bought a smaller size! Having said that they are comfortable and the stoma pocket is an added bonus and vet useful. Would recommend them to any stoma people.

These knickers are perfect for a person with a stoma. Comfortable, relatively cheap and “safe”. I am so pleased that M&S have ventured into this market

I have recently had a urostomy and thought i would give this product a try. The idea is great but i am only 5ft 2ins and therefore the pouch is to high for my stoma which is on the right side. I have cut a slit on that side and thread my bag through it. So could do with a pre-cut slit to stop it from fraying. Seems they have only taken taller ladies into consideration. However overall the idea is good.

They are very comfortable and supportive I would highly recommend them

Beautiful soft underwear that is perfect for keeping my pouch in place as well , which is most important , the pouch is longer next to my skin. I haven’t felt this comfortable in underwear since before the stoma so 14 years of discomfort, these are a total game changer for me .

Good fit and nice large pocket which would suit any ostomist no matter where the stoma is. Wonderful that M&S are stocking these.

Items good quality material and comfortable to wear

Price is much more reasonable than other sellers of stoma knickers. They are comfortable to wear and provide good support. I have ordered a size up. I am generally uk size 6 to 8 and initially brought a pack in size 8 whilst I can get them on they are too tight in the groin area. I ordered size 10 and these are much better. Therefore I would definitely recommend sizing up. My reason for not giving the 5 stars is due to having ordering 2 separate packs and both having some quality issues. The first one had a hole in the knicker fabric and the second pack a section of stitching was missing from the lacing. I choose not to return them due to carbon footprint for something I can sew at home however I was expecting better quality from m&s. This being said I will still consider purchasing again but from a store rather than online so I can check the quality.
