It's bad enough having to have a stoma but full marks to M&S for finding these. They are quite firm well made pants but I guess they have to be supportive. I tried lots of other pants with bad results, it was a relief to find these and at a price you never have to worry about running out!

I think it's wonderful that M&S have addressed this issue. However, I found these knickers a little bit tight and worried that they would be too constricting on my Stoma. Maybe the next size up (which was not in stock) would be better for me. Perhaps offer these as single briefs so buyers can try before buying a 3 pack.

So comfortable, fit really well . I found a size bigger helps with any tightness over the stoma . Love these better than the other style . Could be have more colours please? Thank you M & S for stocking stoma wear .

I was really looking forward to receiving these and when they arrived the quality of them was amazing. However, on trying on the first pair I was so disappointed. I ordered the size 12 and they did fit but are too deep for me and my bag does not sit well in the stoma pocket. As I pulled them up fully my bag creased up. Also although the brief itself was a perfect fit the waist was gaping all the way around. I’m am 5’2” and 49kg so perhaps am just the wrong shape!

The stoma knickers are not suitable because the top elastic of the lining - "stoma pocket" - falls under the stoma itself; thereby will not fit over the stoma bag - without a bundle of fabric underneath the juncture of stoma and stomach.
