Bought the lace insert style for my Mum who's never had stoma pants before, she loved them, so mych so, I bought 2 packs of these lovely plain ones for her also. Great quality, perfect true to size fit, lovely firm material and nice colours.

I have been an ostomist for 35 year's and I am delighted to see a product like this. The fabric is vey good and they are extremely well made. My only concern is the inside liner. They will not suit all people as it does not allow the bag to lay flat, depending where your stoma is sited. I will use them because the quality is excellent.

So happy i can buy these from m&s just wish they have the bigger size in stock when you oder and i think you should go up to a size 30 as i know alot of people with stoma bags who are not a size 6,8,10

I have had a stoma for 25 years and these are the first stoma specific knickers I have seen, they are extremely comfortable, soft and fit well. The inner pocket fits the bag well. I'm impressed at the quality and they wash really well too.

I tried buying some a few years ago, but had to take them back as they weren’t high waisted. The charming lady I spoke to, wanted to know why the ones I bought weren’t appropriate for me. I explained about the need to be able to cover my pouches, so therefore needed high waisted pants. Somebody listened, and I’m certain that many people told them the same thing. I bought the high waisted ones and they are great and very comfortable. Thank you M&S for listening

I ordered a size 14 / my usual size - but probably could have a 12 . Because they are to support a stoma ( I have a hernia ) I would say they are not supportive for me . I like the pocket but the positioning of my stoma and bag - meant it was a bit’sqashed inside … I maybe needed to be a bit larger pocket space .

Very comfortable and reasonable price and the stoma pouch fits in the front pocket well, only thing I would change is that the pocket could be a bit tighter.

I have an ileostomy since March 2025. These are very comfortable, the pouch supports the stoma bag & I feel like they give my tummy extra support too. Lovely colours too. I would highly recommend them to anyone with an ostomy. Thank you M&S.

Bought these whilst recoverfrom a recent emergency op resulting in me having a stoma. Only wre them once on a follow up hospital appointment. Once recovered I will probably wear them more often. Just wished you had other colours to chose from.
