The fit is a little big just mean he has room to grow in them but does the job! They are lovely, soft and wash well which you expect form a M&S product :) My son is autistic and was always taking his nappy off so one of these on the night time stops him from being able to do this pairs with a pull up and has stopped the morning clean up :) very happy to the point I am going to perches more.

I only ever buy these vests for my disabled double incontinent daughter. They keep there shape, they boil wash if needed and stay super soft and white. And there the cheapest out there by far. Theres even ones that popper down the front also.
