Perfect socks. The soft grip is just right , not too tight and certainly not too soft so that the socks fall down. They fit well, good fabric and the colours are useful.

I chose the gentle grip socks as my legs do suffer from oedema. With tighter gripping socks this does cause some swelling higher up my legs which restricts circulation and is uncomfortable. So with gentle grip socks this must be healthier for me.

Up until a certain age, socks are a pretty utilitarian component of one's wardrobe. Get beyond that age and they become 'mission critical'. For we men-folk, we tend to decay from the feet upwards. The clever construction of these socks means that they stay up without strangling the circulation to the feet. I'm a fan.

Have bought these for years for my husband who unfortunately has inherited poor circulation in his legs. Gentle grip tops don’t mark his legs. They are just the right thickness to be okay for summer and winter.

I now buy these socks for my husband and Dad as they both suffer with swollen feet/ legs, particularly in the summer. They are expensive but great quality. They wash well and my husband has pairs I bought years ago. My husband has size 15 feet and the larger size fits. A miracle.
