Bought several packets on line. Initially happy as as advertised much loser fit and not too “elasticated”. However first 3 pairs worn have all now ripped in the same place over the toes after a short period of wear. Very poor quality.

Sold as size 6 - 8.5. God knows what someone with size 6 feet will do with all the spare bit. It's 1" too big on my size 7s. Maybe if I get the old lady to boil them they might fit better??

For whatever reason, if you have swollen legs and feet, get these socks. They don’t squash your toes, they don’t cut into your ankles and they don’t leave a painful indentation on your calves. Job done! They are a bit boring though, and not all who live with swollen feet are ancient old men, so it would be nice to have some bright colours and patterns and also consider some sport and trainer styles too, please. This also applies to ladies socks.

As the name suggests, these are gentle grip socks that do not leave deep grooves around your lower leg. I don't remember that socks used to do this, so it's probably an age thing, but it's nice to find socks that don't do this. Colours fine, size fine.

I find the variable size socks not good for me as i take a size 7 shoe so the size of socks i bought are from size 6 to size 8 so they are too big and uncomfortable to wear.

Love the colour and pattern weave but these socks are much thinner than expected. They feel comfortable but are not great quality- one sock has stretched a couple of inches in the wash!!
