Great quality, material and fit!

Very comfortable style and length was good; my daughter is a bit petite and I assumed I'd have to alter the length but although a bit long, they fit well and no alteration was needed. The fabric is a touch thin but it's still very comfortable. Happy with the purchase.

Normally good but not this time

No, I don't recommend this
Hello I have never left a negative review before. However, I ordered these school shirts for my daughter and she recently wore them once each on the last week of term. I wash all our shirts together in a wash dedicated for shirts only, therefore it is gentle. When I removed them I found a white cuff that had completely removed itself from the sleeve of one of the new shirts. I have always bought school shirts from M&S over the years and this has never happened before. It looks like it has been cut off which is bizarre!

The previous model was better it had the privacy buttons for girls which this new model doesn't and it does not have the girls stamp not the grey stitch around the neck.

Unusual sizing on this years school shirts

My daughter has always worn M&S school shirts but weirdly this year I have tried age 15-16, 16-17 and 17-18 packs and none of them fitted properly. Sleeve length far too short in smaller sizes and age 17-18 the sleeve length was perfect and the body of the shirt was huge

Lovely, flattering fit for a slim built girl. Too button fastens with Velcro which is great as too buttons can be tricky for little ones.

Decent quality school shirts. Haven't ironed as yet but came up well from a first wash. They are a standard shirt quality thickness so a little transparent for my daughters taste.

Good quality shirt. Only issue my Daughter has is there's no breast pocket. She prefers a pocket for locker key

4 stars as pricey & sized down several times

Thank goodness for M&S as I struggled to find school shirts at this time of year. Quite expensive for 2 school shirts but no choice elsewhere. I ordered the slim version first but they were huge so ordered skinny ones instead hoping they’d be more tailored. They are a better fit than the others and to be fair they don’t look that skinny in the pictures but you really need to size down. My 16 year old finds 14/15 roomy. We ordered 13/14 as they are stretchy and at first glance 13/14 looked like it fitted. Length okay, but as she’s tall she really needed an extra centimetre or two on the shoulder bust areas for arm movement. We are sticking with 14/15. Just hoping these last better than the ones I bought at start of school, different style and fabric, that went transparent under arm after a few months.
