Perfect alternative to tights

Love the feel and look of the matt hold ups. Silicone is great-pretty lace and plenty of it to keep up on thigh. Don’t tumble dry or wear oil/body butter on the part of the leg where the silicone sits and they’ll stay put forever. A little vulnerable on the toe if there’s any foot movement in your shoes. Bought this product for years and will continue to do so

Watch out for colour discrepancies

No, I don't recommend this
The colour in the website does not reflect that of real life. Tried to exchange them in store but because I didn’t have box, they wouldn’t allow me to. Never been worn.

I love these stockings but once washed don’t tend to stay up as well. Having said that they do wash well and have staying power when new!! Very feminine and practical.

Fits nicely on the legs, but the hold up part is way too big. Won't stay up. Would not buy again.

Think carefully about size

To fit into these you need to have very large thighs. They just fell down. I am tall and size 16 dont think that extra large are for tall people. The photo is misleading.

What on earth has happened to the tops of these stockings! I have worn these hold ups for years and have always purchased them in large batches. Although I am a size 14 hips, I have long legs and have found in the past through trial and error the X Large to be a perfect fit compared to the smaller sizes. I was running out of stock so ordered 5 packs of X Large in the colour of Rich Quartz. Love the colour as I like dark stockings but not the Black or Nearly Black. However the length is perfect but the tops are enormous and there is no way the stockings will stop up. It is too late to return then so the only way I can wear these is to use a suspender belt which defeats the object. I cannot afford to try a smaller size as if they don't fit I will be unable to return them after trying on.

Love the colour, the stretch and the hold, but laddered after 3 wears. Beautiful tanned colour though, so made legs look great (while they lasted)

Brilliant Hold Ups

Absolutely brilliant, love them and will be buying more. They're lovely and smooth and a good fit (I bought medium even though I have quite large (fat!) thighs and they fit me perfectly. Lovely smooth feel to therm and they grip and stay up all day. I much prefer hold ups to tights, especially in summer but I've found it hard to track them down in navy so am very grateful to have found these in M&S. How about some in chocolate colour ones M&S? A great buy and highly recommend.

When working i wore holdups more than tights as i really do not like tights. I found M&S holdups were superior to other makes. I bought these ones recently for a holiday 'do'. I would recommend to others, as for me they are comfortable.
