These pillows are not firm, they have absolutely no support - my head touches the mattress through them. Thankfully I got them at 50% off in the sale so less money in the bin.

These pillows are not fit for purpose. Advertised as “firm support” for side sleepers, but they go completely flat and offer zero support. Very disappointing quality. Even at sale price they’re poor – if I’d paid full price, they’d be going straight back.
