Really well made, soft and smooth. The best ever for following a hip replacement, i am surprised they are not marketed as such. They cover the wound and stop any rubbing on clothes. I'll keep wearing them though as they are so comfortable

Not worth it. I have purchased these previously but these pants are different quality. The inner leg support came apart when trying on and the other on first wash. Very poor quality M&S.
