Good hold and excellent value .I bought 2 sizes my normal and larger .The larger ones are better to have good coverage and stay up at waist .So would recommend going up a size if you have a tummy .

I found them uncomfortable. They dig in around the top of my legs and I didn't find that they had much control of my stomach. Didn't do anything to make my stomach look any different.

These are comfy to wear. Nice material and holds your tummy in a little bit. But i dont like how around the waist is far too tight and then you get a line and a bit of a bulge showing under a nice fitted dress.

These do give me a good amount of control which I need because I have a stoma that has become a hernia. (For those with a stomas, I see that specialist stoma pants are also available on M&S - well done M&S!). However they have stitched elastic around the legs which I struggle with. I did get a bigger size so it wouldn't be as bad, but I would have liked them more if they were no VPL like the light control pants.
